Please attach a picture so that we can send you a replacement product immediately.

The positive control should normally turn from green to yellow or slightly orange. The exact color may vary depending on room temperature, exposure time and humidity. Slight yellow discoloration is normal.

If there is no color difference between the positive and negative controls, please send us a photo of your test patches. We will investigate the problem and offer you a replacement or refund if necessary.

If you no longer need the product, you can return it to our specified address. After receiving the return, we will refund you the product price.

The patches are made of biodegradable materials and can be easily disposed of with normal residual or organic waste. You can also crumble the patches after use and use them as biological fertilizer.
